How to Rotate your Photos

Ok, time for a confession: My photos don’t always turn out like I expected. Do yours? Does it make you crazy too when the photo looks fine on your phone or tablet and then you upload it somewhere and it’s sideways or worse, upside-down! I get that.

How to Rotate Photos

At Intervac, you don’t have to worry about that happening to you. Upload your photos and click a link to rotate them if they look wrong.

Click the link to turn the photo right-side up.

Voila! That was easy, wasn’t it? Make sure you refresh your browser to see the picture rotation take effect. On Google Chrome you can use the keyboard combination Shift+F5 to refresh.

  1. I have three photos that I am unable to rotate. They rotate in the photo that says rotate but when I view the listing nothing changes.

    1. It is crucial to refresh the browser when viewing the listing after rotating the photos. Use Shift+F5 for this. If you are still having trouble do not hesitate to contact our support team using LiveChat or your National representative.

  2. Easy indeed but the trick doesn’t work for me. In the uploading field, my photos appear in the right sense but some of them appear upside down on my page. I tried deleting and re-uploaded but that doesn’t work either. I checked Google Chrome and Firefox; neither of them gives the desired result. Strangly enough, all worked fine up to a few days ago but suddenly – and without any manipulation from my side – some of my photos appear upside down. Any help?

    Thank you,

    1. Dear Katrien,

There was a bug causing this problem back in July 2018. It is now fixed on your listing, but for any other members still experiencing any difficulties, please get in touch with our support via LiveChat or your National representative.

  3. Leider funktioniert das Drehen eines unserer Fotos immer noch nicht und wenn selbst unser jüngster Sohn (Informatiker) das nicht schafft, muss etwas falsch sein.

    1. We have checked your listing and looks correct now. There was a temporary problem with rotation, so we think that might have affected you.
